License Page
From the WordPress admin dashboard, hover over ‘Timeline Express‘ and select ‘License‘.
The license page should look similar to the following image:
1) Support License Key
Before you have access to any of the other sections of the license page, you’ll first need to enter your license key. Go ahead and enter the license key in this field, and click the ‘Save Changes‘ button. Once saved, click on ‘Activate License‘.
Once your license is successfully activated, the additional sections of the support page will become visible.
2) Premium Support Ticketing
Using the form in section 2, you can submit support tickets directly to our support ticketing system. This is the quickest and most efficient method for receiving support, as it gets entered into our ticketing system and marked as ‘Pro User’, so we know it’s a top priority.
This form is limited to one support ticket per hour to help mitigate spam and excessive tickets in our system.
3) License Key Info.
In section 3, you’ll find additional information about your license – including the license holders name, how many sites you are permitted to have the license active on, and when your license key expires.
4) Add-On Licenses

Hi Kristian,
You’ll want to make sure you have installed the Pro version that was attached to the purchase receipt sent to you via email. Once you download the zip there you can upload the zip to your plugin directory via FTP, or disable Timeline Express Free and upload the zip archive through the plugins page. Head to Plugins > Add New and Upload at the top, and then select the zip file and upload and activate the plugin. You should then see the license page available in the menu.
I got a 5-license key package and can only install it on one site?
